What Does My Tracking Information Mean?

The shipping process can get confusing. Let us help!

You’ve placed your order, got your shipping confirmation email, now what? The path your order takes once it leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of either UPS Mail Innovations/USPS, UPS, or USPS can seem confusing at first glance. To ease the process we’ve listed the different shipping carrier options and common order status updates below. Happy tracking!

UPS Mail Innovations (UPS MI) Orders:

For all Free shipping (Economy) orders placed directly through Braceability.com, as well as any Ground (3-5 business days) shipping that was placed prior to July 7, 2020, we use a service called UPS Mail Innovations. This means that UPS starts the delivery process, but then hands it over to USPS to do the final delivery to your mailbox or PO Box.

UPS Orders:

Any customer who chooses 2 Business Day or Next Business Day Shipping when purchasing directly through Braceability.com will ship with UPS.

USPS Orders:

Any customer who chooses Ground (3-5 business days) shipping when purchasing directly from Braceability.com and all Amazon (non-expedited) orders will ship with USPS. The tracking number you receive right away with your tracking information will be the same tracking number used until your package arrives at your mailbox or PO box. Please note that this is only effective for packages that were shipped out on July 7, 2020 or later.
