If your product does not quite fit how you had hoped, we will work with you to make the exchange for your better-suited size. The product you wish to exchange must meet all return requirements in order for us to make the swap.
The Return Requirements Are as Follows:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, parts, and tags. Please avoid contact with lotions, oils, and other substances. Ensure items are free from debris and odors like smoke, perfume, or other scents.
- Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of your original purchase date. We process returns and exchanges within 1 to 3 business days after receiving the product.
- If we receive an item that is ineligible for a refund or exchange, per our policy, the items are disposed of and cannot be sent back to you. We feel it is important to be upfront with our policy so that our customers know what to expect.
