Our super-fast returns team does their best to process returns the same day they're received, but sometimes things come up, so please give us up to 3 business days!
When returning a product, you will receive an email confirming that we have initiated your refund. If you do not receive this refund confirmation email or your refund following the email within 1-3 business days, follow these steps:
- Check your spam folder to be sure it is not hidden somewhere
- Check with your bank or card provider to see whether they can confirm that there is a pending refund. Once we release it from our end, it’s generally up to the card company how long it takes for it to appear in your account.
Once you have taken those steps and your bank does not have any more information, then we can work with our payment processor to start an investigation. But, our payment processor will not launch an investigation until 10 business days after the refund was issued. Unfortunately, we will not be able to see if the refund has gone through from our end, so it is important you follow the two steps above to ensure it is not hiding somewhere.
