What Does Our Warranty Cover?

Each product page will specify if the product is part of our warranty program. Note that products that were not purchased directly from our website (such as products purchased on Amazon.com, for example) do not qualify for our Product Warranty Policy. If your product is not covered under the lifetime guarantee, do not fret! All BraceAbility products are covered by our 45-day, Return and Exchange Policy.
The BraceAbility Product Warranty Policy provides ONE free replacement in the event of:
Any defects in materials used to manufacture the product
Examples of what IS covered:
Product that arrived with stains, loose stitching, holes, or snags
Squeaking in boots or shoes
Examples of what IS NOT covered:
Damage to materials from not washing properly
Damage of material resulting from unauthorized modification of the product (cutting, ripping, stitching, or modifying the product in any way that was not performed by BraceAbility)
Any defects in quality under normal use (NOT including general wear and tear, or aging)
Examples of what IS covered:
Any broken or damaged components under normal use
Examples of what IS NOT covered:
Broken or damaged components due to overstretching, overtightening, or application outside of how advised by BraceAbility
Deformed bottom sole of walking boots from scraping or dragging
Any broken, damaged, or lost components under normal use
Examples of what IS covered:
Broken or detached buckle
Seams ripping or unraveling
Examples of what IS NOT covered:
Manipulation of buckles, hinges, stays, etc.
Trimming of straps or material
Theft or loss of the product
How To Receive Your Replacement or Refund
Do not worry about any added hassle in the exchange, it is so easy, you do not even need to register your product prior to any warranty claim! When you bought your product at BraceAbility.com, it was registered at the time of purchase. It is as simple as reaching out to us via email using the following step-by-step process:
Send an email to our Customer Care Team ([email protected]), with the subject line “Product Warranty Claim”.
Within the email, you must include the following:
Your order number (Learn where to find your order number).
Help us understand the situation with an explanation of why you are in need of a replacement product. The more detail you provide, the faster we can submit and resolve your claim!
Photos of your defective product. Please include several images so we can really get a good sense of the issue at hand!
Once we receive your email claim, we will assure that we are able to approve your claim and get in touch with you on sending your replacement product in a timely manner.

UPON RECEIVING A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT, BRACEABILITY, INC. DOES NOT RECOMMEND CONTINUED USE OF THE ORIGINAL DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. IF USE OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS CONTINUED, IT WILL BE DONE AT THE CUSTOMER’S RISK, AND THEREFORE, BRACEABILITY, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE.
