How Do I Cancel My Order?

Cancel or Edit Your Order Before it Ships!

When you place an order with us, you will get an order confirmation email. Within this order confirmation email, you can view your order, where you will have the option to cancel or edit. Simply select the option that corresponds to your situation and we’ll guide you through that process! 

How to Cancel Your Order Step by Step:

1. Open your order confirmation email

2. Click on the “View Order” button

3. From here, select ‘Cancel’ and follow the prompts to successfully cancel your order!

Please note that this action must be performed before we have marked your order as shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will receive the following message, and we will not be able to cancel or edit your order.
